Effective date: September 3, 2025
1. General

Purchases of Credits or Services are generally non-refundable, except as provided by law or as described in this Policy. Refunds may be issued:

  • Legal Refunds — required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • Non-Legal / Exceptional Refunds — at Asianforme’s discretion, under strict conditions.

Requests must follow the procedures below. Requests outside of these conditions may be denied.

2. Types of Refunds

Legal Refunds: Refunds guaranteed under applicable law.

  • EU/EEA and UK users: You have the right to withdraw from paid Services or unused Credits within 14 calendar days of purchase or registration if you have not commenced use. This right expires if you consent to immediate provision of Services.
  • Certain US states: cancellation within 3 business days we will refund your payment in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Other Jurisdictions: If you reside in a country with specific consumer protection or cancellation rights, those rights will apply in addition to this Policy

Method: Refunded in the same form as payment.

Note: Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights.

2.2 Non-Legal / Exceptional Refunds: Refunds at Asianforme’s discretion, outside statutory legal rights. Allowed only in the following circumstances:

(a) Misrepresentation or Improper Conduct: If you were misled by another user or if improper activity occurred in connection with your purchase, Asianforme may issue a refund in the form of Credits.

(b) Failure to Provide Services: Asianforme did not deliver paid Services in accordance with Terms. Refund issued as Credits.

(c) Account Closure / Suspension: If your account is permanently closed and you have unused Credits, refund issued as real currency, provided that the purchase of those Credits was made within the last 120 days. We cannot guarantee refunds for purchases made more than 120 days prior to the account closure or suspension.

Minimum Amount: Typically, refunds under discretionary grounds are considered only if the monetary value exceeds USD 20.

3. Refund Procedure and Evidence Requirements

All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 calendar days or other terms specified in the Legal refunds section of the event giving rise to the request, unless a different period is specified in the Legal Refunds section or is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You must provide:

  • Detailed description of the issue;
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction history, communication records, etc.).

Asianforme may request additional evidence or clarification. Failure to provide requested evidence within 7 calendar days may result in denial.

Submitting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before following this procedure may lead to legal action to recover resulting losses.

4. Assessment and Resolution

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the event giving rise to the request. While Asianforme will consider requests even if some time has passed, earlier submissions allow for quicker assessment and resolution. Certain types of requests (for example, unauthorized transactions) may require more immediate notification.

Refunds, if approved, may be full or partial, not exceeding the amount paid for the relevant Credits or Services. Asianforme retains sole discretion to approve or deny Non-Legal / Exceptional Refunds. Legal Refunds are assessed strictly in accordance with law.

To ensure a refund can be properly assessed, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation. Asianforme may require multiple rounds of evidence depending on the complexity of the case. Failure to provide requested information in a timely manner may result in denial of the refund.

Chargebacks: Please note the difference between refunds and chargebacks. Refund requests submitted to Asianforme are handled directly by our support team and allow you to submit a broader scope of evidence to support your claim. Chargebacks are processed by your financial provider (e.g., your bank or payment service) and may involve third-party review. Initiating a chargeback before contacting Asianforme may delay resolution and could result in legal action to recover any losses.

Asianforme reviews each refund request individually. Refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances, the evidence provided, and the type of refund (Legal or Non-Legal / Exceptional). Offering a refund or declining a request does not constitute admission of liability.
